  11. I just spent 2hrs and 14 minutes and three levels of tech support 
  12. with USR for that problem ,the last tech support said "sounds like 
  13. your modems hosed" .you need to return it .So i am waiting for a 
  14. replacement. Suggest you do the same . Let me know if your new one is 
  15. better Ill let you know about mine.
  16. BTW what version of QLMC do you have ,mines 2.0.1 and does not have 
  17. the fax/data/voice answer option I hope I get the newer one with the 
  18. modem
